Pierre worked for 14 years as a Senior Director in International Human Resources in the FMCG sector for blue chip, multinational companies. During this time he managed, among other things, executive search assignments at CEO, General Management and functional Director level. Since founding Genius Reserve, Pierre has focused on executive search assignments on behalf of blue chip, multinational companies for key international roles in countries including the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Asia. He also advises companies on organisation structuring, the strategic resourcing of key roles and career management, as well as advice to and coaching for senior executives. Pierre’s success in building long term business relationships with highly successful multinationals in the FMCG sector, is a direct result of his passion and motivation for the business and his total commitment to every project he undertakes.
Pierre holds a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology.

An entrepreneurial finance director with general management experience in large FMCG businesses in the UK, Southern Europe and Africa, Stuart has a successful track record gained over more than 20 years and encompassing finance, marketing, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions in culturally diverse markets. This impressive background, much of it at senior board level, equips him with a rare insight and understanding of both the financial, sales & marketing and general management disciplines.

14 years International research experience. Started with Carré, Orban & Paul Ray International.
Later joined Heidrick & Struggles where she worked at the London, Paris and Barcelona offices. Conducts research work on a pan-European and Worldwide level. Assignments are mainly in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Industrial areas. She also has worked extensively in the Banking, Telecom and Utilities sectors. Assignments are carried out in English, Spanish, French, Danish and German
