Managing Director
Pierre worked for 14 years
as a Senior Director in International Human Resources in the
FMCG sector for blue chip, multinational companies. During
this time he managed, among other things, executive search
assignments at CEO, General Management and functional Director
level. Since founding Genius Reserve, Pierre has focused on
executive search assignments on behalf of blue chip,
multinational companies for key international roles in
countries including the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East,
Eastern Europe and Asia. He also advises companies on
organisation structuring, the strategic resourcing of key
roles and career management, as well as advice to and coaching
for senior executives. Pierre’s success in building long term
business relationships with highly successful multinationals
in the FMCG sector, is a direct result of his passion and
motivation for the business and his total commitment to every
project he undertakes.
Pierre holds a Masters degree in
Industrial Psychology.
