 Our Research Team : The in-depth and intimate sector knowledge of our multinational, multilingual research teams is strengthened by  state of the art techniques and technology, enabling us to constantly have access to candidates of the highest calibre. Our researchers  are fluent in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, German, Arabic and English
 We undertake a fresh and extensive search for every role, consistent with the client's Corporate Culture and the specific requirements  of the assignment. The success of this process demands an emphasis on doing our homework
 We develop a thorough knowledge of our client's business and a deep understanding of the make-up of the ideal individual  required  to move this business forward
 We have unrivalled access to an extensive range of top level candidates, encompassing senior local nationals and expatriates
 We interview face-to-face as many prospective candidates as necessary to identify those who truly excel in their field
 Our interviewing is focused and competency based, with the result that frequently, because the short-listed candidates are the best  available on the market, more than one of them are offered different positions within the same organisation
 We ensure from the very start that the career aspirations of prospective candidates match the career opportunities within the  client company and aim to provide a short list within 5 weeks - sometimes sooner
 Our fee structure is performance based. Most importantly, if the placed candidate leaves employment for any reason (other than  redundancy) within the first six months of that employment, we will replace him or her free of charge
